decent stay, some minor issues
central location varied breakfast mini bar selection dripping shower crowded elevator unmarked stairwell
the hotel's location was central. it made exploring nearby attractions easy. breakfast was varied. it included many options to choose from. the mini bar in my room had a good selection. it also contained complimentary drinks.
the shower in my room dripped constantly. i found this wasteful! the elevator was often crowded. it resulted in some delays. i found the stairwell unmarked. it raised concerns about fire safety.

Breakfast was amazing. There was tiramisu and a chocolate fountain. The staff was friendly. Jocelyn in the breakfast room made ginger juice and lemon for my chest infection. She even provided a takeaway cup.
I had to change rooms because the first room was bad. The elevators did not always work. My replacement room was too far from the elevators.

central hotel ticks all boxes
excellent bed waffle station good staff easy location
my stay included excellent bed and pillows. the breakfast was great, it included a waffle station. the nova tasted very good. the staff tried hard to please me. the location provided easy access to many spots.
i noticed people running about above the room. i also heard a humming sound all night. i heard banging doors and noisy housekeeping from 7am.

the hotel location is the best it can be. there is a walking distance to all tourist spots. the location is close to many things we wanted to do, including tours, museums, and restaurants.

the front desk had amazing customer service to guests. the restaurant also had amazing customer service. the staff are very accommodating and helpful. the personnel are perfectly trained and also zuvorkommendes.
